Kapria no longer takes naps. Often she'll fall asleep in the car if we drive anywhere in the afternoon. But she doesn't take naps at home UNLESS she's fallen asleep in the car. Then she'll sleep about an hour, no matter if it's in the back of the grocery cart or on the love sac in the living room. Most days she has quiet time in the living room while Mila naps and Mom works. The first hour is spent playing on her own, then the second hour is usually spent watching a show while she continues playing.
Since she gets up at 7am every day, she has started going to bed at 7pm (instead of 8 or 8:30pm). This has made a huge difference in her happiness/grouchiness levels during the day. (More often happy instead of afternoon grouchy.) This child needs her sleep. If she doesn't get enough, she is cranky as can be. But if she does get enough, she's one of the happiest girls we know.
We sure love our Kapria!
